Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. To learn more about our return policy or to begin a return click here.
Orders that qualify for a tiered discount are subject to discount recalculation upon return. If returned items cause the remaining order total to fall below a tier threshold, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the new applicable discount.
All international orders are considered final sale and not eligible for returns.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Yes! We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, depending on availability.
Order Processing & Shipping Information
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to process once your order has been placed.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3 to 7 business days after processing
- Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2 to 4 business days after processing
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped.
Currently we do not ship outside of the United States.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We know how important it is to get your order quickly, so we jump into action the moment you place it! Because we prioritize processing orders as fast as possible. And while we will try our best to accommodate your request; we may not be able to cancel or make changes once the order is placed.
Package Protection
If you purchased Package Protection with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.

If you purchased Package Protection with your order, you can report a loss 30 days after placing your order of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.
If you purchased Package Protection with your order, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to report theft or damage and can report a loss for domestic orders between 30 and 60 days after placing the order.
If your shipping issue has been accepted, then it will be dependent on your method of payout:
Direct Deposit: 1-3 business days following return acceptance
PayPal Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance
Venmo Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance
