We accept returns and exchanges of items purchased on applebottoms.com if they are requested within 30 days of purchase. 

You may exchange for a different size or color of the same item (subject to availability), or choose Shop Now to use your return credit toward a new purchase from our website. 

We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return. 

Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies. 

Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached. Products with a protective adhesive strip (i.e. Bodysuits) must be returned with the protective adhesive strip still attached. Returns with the strip removed will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Final Sale & Clearance Items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

• Vintage Items are Final Sale.

• All international orders are considered final sale and not eligible for returns.

 

Bikinis:

Returned bikinis must be in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact to receive refund

 

DISCOUNTS 

Orders that qualify for a tiered discount are subject to discount recalculation upon return. If returned items cause the remaining order total to fall below a tier threshold, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the new applicable discount.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to the method selected in the return process. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
